Care Instructions

Your GEORGIA WANG jewellery is a precious and refined piece. By taking a few precautions in using and maintaining it, you will be able to preserve its original beauty over time.

• Your jewellery should be cleaned regularly. You can use a very soft brush and soapy water to clean it before rinsing your piece with clean lukewarm water. Pieces with leather parts can be cleaned with a soft cloth.


• Consider removing your jewellery before going to sleep, practising any sport, washing your hands, or using corrosive products. Avoid contact with fragrances, alcohol, cosmetics, ammonia, and chlorine, and keep your pieces away from intense sources of heat and extreme temperature changes.


• Prevent damage or loss of your jewellery by storing them individually in their original box or pouch after wearing them. Contact with other jewellery could cause scratches. Chains should be closed and laid flat to avoid tangling.


• If your jewellery suffers a shock or hit, the stone setting may need to be checked. Avoid forcing clasps, joints, and metal frames, and be sure to check that the clasp and safety latch close properly.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a refund, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, and with your invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange after 14 days (unless an extension has previously been agreed with us).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (excluding earrings, because of safety and health concerns, we don't do any refund or exchange for earrings; No returns on custom/resized orders).  
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, please send us an email at and we will happily arrange for an exchange.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial cost of shipping will be deducted from the total amount.  
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our office; therefore, we suggest you arrange a tracked or recorded delivery service.
